Visionary Women Entrepreneurs and Advisory Centre (U) limited (VWEAC) was fully incorporated under the laws of Uganda on 14^th June 2016 as a company limited by shares.

This is the mother company for all the other companies of Visionary Women that include: Visionary Women Entrepreneurs and Advisory Centre SACCO limited and Visionary Women Foundation limited.

Background.

VWEAC was founded by 50 Women leaders in Uganda who served in the 9^th Parliament. They agreed to pull resources together to do business and empower themselves while contributing to the transformation of the country.

Our Vision: To be a strong vibrant Company of National Repute.

The Mission: To   enable Individuals and business to acquire leading financial and Industrial services tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Objectives.

• To carry out business including tourism and transport, import and export, trade, supplies and services and money lending
• To carry out manufacturing and value addition
• To carry out training, research and consultancy services.

Achievements:

• Been able to come up with three products that have kept members active and empowered.
• Visionary Women Entrepreneurs and Advisory Center SACCO the financial arm of the Visionary Women.
• Visionary Women Foundation (VWF) the charitable arm of the Visionary Women.
• The money lending business that is for business and economic empowerment for visionary Women while providing the much need service of affordable and accessible finance.

Though the above members have remained strong and united as a team able to support each other in times of social and economic need.

• We have participated in National celebrations and local activities organized by Member
• We have reached out to communities and schools and provided scholastic materials for the needy but brilliant girls in order to encourage them to remain in schools.
